What is the process of the 2 part Garage Floor Epoxy?

The 2 part garage floor epoxy (with or without color chips) is a 3-4 day process depending on the specifications by the customer.

Day 1 & 2 are the same as listed above.

Day 3: Scrape floor again, patch any remaining imperfections, apply the 2nd coat of the

2 part epoxy and add in the color chips.

When can the garage floor be walked on?

The floor can be walked on after a full 24 hours.

When can my car be put back in the garage after a garage floor epoxy?

After a full 72 hour set, your vehicles may be parked back in the garage.

**Use caution if the weather has been humid, the final set time may take longer.**

When can my belongings return to the garage?

LIGHT items like small plastic recycle bins can be placed on the floor after a 24 hour period. If you are placing door mats and/or rugs/carpeting, please wait a minimum of 7 days before putting them on the garage floor as they can hold moisture from the air and prevent the floor from drying properly.

HEAVY belongings like toolboxes should NOT be placed on the floor until a full 72 hour (3 days) have passed. Try to avoid placing or leaving heavy items on the floor for a prolonged period of time before the 72 hour set time as this may cause a sticking effect on the items.

**Use caution if the weather has been humid, the final set time may take longer.**
