This work was the best experience we have had in a very long time! Everything we were told went exactly as we were told. Our two painters, Jeremy & Tim, were absolutely top notch! No nonsense, serious work ethics. Both were swift, precise with each task involved. From dealing with the stucco repair to neatly painting all the nooks and crannies and matching existing paint color perfectly! I am not blowing smoke when I say they are that good. Brad employs great people that know their craft/skill-set and they do fantastic work. A quality of work that is very refreshing to see still exists today.

I would hire Brad Stoddard Painting for every job he is willing to do. He and his talented crew understand that homeowners are willing to pay for quality work, that prepping a job properly affects the outcome, and that returning phone calls and respecting the time and privacy of homeowners is good business. We have had a lot of projects going recently, and when you compare most of the companies to Brad's, you see what a difference it makes to hire a capable, professional contractor. I wish I could give him a grade higher than A.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We were having warranty work done on our new home, and Brad Stoddard Painting was hired to repair what the original contractors did poorly, as well as exterior cracks in the stucco from the
installation of hurricane shutter hardware. From the first contact on, Brad and his crews showed up when they said they would, did beautiful work, were respectful and polite, worked quickly and
efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves completely. We were so impressed that we asked Brad if his crew could repair damage to the stucco on our lanai from removing the screen enclosure when the
pool was added. Again, perfectly executed and almost undetectable repair. The concrete driveway was replaced as part of the warranty work, and Brad and crew repaired the gouge the concrete people put
in the garage wall and repainted the front of the garage better than it originally looked.

It went very well. Both of the fellows they sent are very good at their work and they showed up when they should. They also cleaned up when they left. They went to great lengths to make sure the paint color lasted.

It couldn't have been better. Brad and his team are meticulous in their approach to rehabilitating this deck. He explained each step and why he was doing it. The results are better than I had hoped for. The pool decking area looks fantastic. We are very pleased with his performance, service, and frankly at his pricing considering the amount of work he and his team did seems very low in retrospect. Brad Stoddard and his crew have earned the very highest rating. When it comes time to paint the house exterior, he's the guy who will get the call and the job.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
When we moved into our home in November there were cracks in the pool deck. We knew from the prior owner that the backfill had washed out and that he had contracted to have a cement slurry pumped
into the vacant space, which had the desired effect of stabilizing the deck. The cracks and unevenness remained. Brad Stoddard's team of coating specialist was recommended by a Friend and we got a
quote from him and several other painters. We felt most comfortable with his presentation because he didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but rather what he felt needed to be done to rehabilitate
the pool decking area. This proved to be a very good decision. Brad and his team came in and completely pressure washed the area and then proceeded to grind down the uneven areas. They filled the
cracks with a special caulking that expands and moves with temperature fluctuations. He then proceeded to put down two layers of cement (rather like thin set) and made sure the deck had no high or
low spots to collect water. He then textured the deck (a far superior job to the original texturing) and then applied two coats of special deck paint.
